  • Programs include projected screen presentations, live dinosaur interactions, and five rotating activity stations.
    We can provide select A/V requirements if needed, like a digital projector, screen, power generator, sound system and microphone.

    Space Requirements for Program:

    1. Classroom Setting:
    > Minimum space requirement: 400 square feet
    Ideal for smaller groups or intimate settings

    > Set up: Arrange chairs in a semi-circle facing the front where the projected screen presentation will be displayed.

    > Ensure there is ample space between chairs for participants to move around comfortably during interactive activities.

    > Activity stations along the sides of the room, ensuring easy access for all participants.

    > Provide access to power outlets for A/V equipment and activity stations.

    2. Gym or Assembly Hall / Cafeteria:
    > Minimum space requirement: 1000 square feet

    Ideal for larger groups or events

    > Set up: Utilize the open space to accommodate the projected screen presentation and live dinosaur interactions in the center.

    > Position chairs or seating arrangements around the perimeter of the space, facing the central area where the presentation and interactions will take place.

    > Allocate separate sections for each activity station, ensuring clear pathways for participants to move between stations.

    > Utilize the A/V equipment provided, ensuring optimal placement for projection and sound quality.

    > Access to power outlets should be readily available near the presentation stage or showcase area.

    3. Outdoor Space:

    > Minimum space requirement: 1500 square feet
    Ideal for a dynamic and immersive experience

    > Set up: Choose a flat and open area with minimal obstructions.

    > Utilize tents or canopies to provide shade and protection from the elements, especially if the program is conducted during hot or inclement weather.

    > Arrange chairs or seating areas for the projected screen presentation and live dinosaur interactions.

    > Position activity stations strategically, allowing for easy navigation and flow between stations.

    > Ensure adequate lighting for evening or low-light conditions if the program extends into the evening.

    > Utilize the provided power generator for A/V equipment and activity stations, ensuring safe and appropriate placement.

  • A la carte programming:
    Our base program starts at $250, offering a comprehensive experience that guarantees engagement and learning for all participants. Alternatively, under our group flex pricing, the cost is $6 per guest with a minimum requirement of 45 guests. This flexible pricing model ensures affordability and accessibility for groups of varying sizes.

    Whether you opt for our standard package or choose the group flex pricing, you can rest assured that your participants will enjoy an enriching and memorable experience tailored to their interests and needs.

    1. Base Program (45 Minutes): $250 / session [ Maximum 50 guests]

    2. Flex Pricing: $6/guest [45 guest minimum]

    o Same program as Base
    o Ideal for situations with unknown attendee counts (Festivals, Community Groups, Science Nights)

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the cancellation of in-person presentations. To accommodate such situations, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

    • Cancellation requests made at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled presentation date will be eligible for a partial refund of any deposits made. A processing fee of $75 will be deducted from the deposit amount to cover administrative costs and preparation expenses incurred.

    • Cancellation requests made less than one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled presentation date will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit. This policy ensures that we can appropriately compensate our team for the time and resources invested in preparing for the presentation.

    • Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on our team's availability and the circumstances surrounding the request. Additional fees or charges may apply for rescheduled presentations.

    • In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or unexpected travel disruptions, we will work with the client to reschedule the presentation at no additional cost, subject to availability.
